By accessing or using the Synaptiq mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Synaptiq Learning Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Synaptiq AI is a flashcard and study platform designed for nursing and healthcare students. The Service provides AI-generated flashcards, spaced repetition algorithms, lab value memorization, dosage calculation practice, and other study tools.

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of flashcards and decks you create. By sharing content with other users, you grant them a non-exclusive license to view and use it for personal educational purposes. You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains harmful material, or violates applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with or disrupt the Service; scrape or data-mine the platform; impersonate any person; or use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization.

Content provided through Synaptiq is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Synaptiq AI is a study tool and does not replace professional medical education, clinical training, or the advice of qualified healthcare providers.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Synaptiq Learning Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are disclosed at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synaptiq Learning Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
